“As both a nurse and a woman of a certain age, I found these sessions really informative. The presentations are given in an informal way so easy to understand and the relaxation techniques were AMAZING!!”

Menopause Specialist and Nurse Practitioner
Fusing science and research around women’s health and menopause with the ancient practices of yoga, breath-work and meditation creates a powerful, holistic approach to wellbeing.
Modern scientific studies have shown that menopause is not just a hormonal transition, but a complex process that affects physical, mental and emotional health.
Yoga and breath-work, with their deep roots in mindfulness and body awareness, can help regulate stress, improve circulation and reduce common symptoms like hot flushes, sleep disturbance and anxiety. Meditation, in turn, offers tools for emotional balance and mental clarity, helping women navigate the psychological shifts of menopause with greater resilience.
When these ancient practices are integrated with evidence-based health interventions, they offer a comprehensive model of care that empowers women to thrive during this transformative life stage, combining the wisdom of tradition with insights of modern science.
