Hi, I’m Sarah Leroux.

I am a registered nurse, Yoga teacher and an advocate of one size does not fit all! I believe that the fusion of modern medicine, complimentary therapies and ancient Yoga practices can provide a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing. 

I have over 30 years’ experience working in the NHS and primary care and have a specialist interest in women’s health, wellbeing and the menopause.  I am passionate about empowering women with the education and support to navigate their way through the often-challenging time of peri/menopause. 

Yoga has supported me throughout my adult life, from my early twenties, during pregnancy, with the pressures of growing children, and especially now during peri/menopause. 

I find the breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and physical asanas (postures) support me with helping to reduce hot flushes, insomnia, anxiety and help ease general aches and pains and provide an overall sense of wellbeing and this is why I am committed to sharing all my experience, training and knowledge with you.
