Yoga for Holistic Health and Wellness in Midlife
Online Yoga to combat peri-menopause and menopausal symptoms. Sarah incorporates all aspects of yoga in her classes, including asana (postures and movement), pranayama (breathing exercises) meditation and relaxation techniques, to promote health and well-being for the mind, body and spirit.
Her online classes are perfect for both complete beginners and those with prior experience in yoga.
